At Puddle and Lullabies, we want you to feel good about every purchase you make. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returning an item.
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made outside of this window will unfortunately not be accepted.
We only accept returns on items that are brand new, unused, and in their original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documents included. Items that show signs of use or are missing their original packaging may not be eligible.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of sending the item back to us using a trackable shipping service of your choice. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Would you prefer a different size, color, or product? We're happy to arrange an exchange. Simply reach out to our team and we'll walk you through the process.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are excluded from our returns policy. Where this applies, it will be clearly noted in the product description before you purchase.
Starting a return is simple. Email us at support@puddleandlullabies.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with a return authorization and clear instructions on what to do next. Once approved, securely repack your item and send it to the address provided using a trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received, we'll inspect the item to make sure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little additional time to show up on your statement.
